Man wanted for allegedly filming 'upskirt' video of woman, daughter, 10, in Va. Walmart

Police are searching for a man who allegedly filmed an "upskirt" video of a woman and her 10-year-old daughter inside of a Walmart last week on Mother's Day (May 14) in Burke, Virginia.

The man used a recording device to record up the dresses of the woman, 36, and girl. According to Fairfax County Police, the woman confronted him and he left prior to authorities coming to the store.

Officials describe the man as white and in his 40's. He is 6-foot tall and weighs 175 pounds, and was wearing a black polo-style shirt, black pants, dark shoes and a black baseball cap with an Adidas logo.

He left the parking lot in a silver or gray Honda Crosstour, or similar car. Police say the incident took place on 6000 Burke Commons Road.
