The FBI has located Tom Brady's stolen Super Bowl jersey, according to the National Football League.

Jay Glazer was first to report the NFL "believes the jersey was stolen by someone posing as international media," as it was found on "foreign soil."

A statement released by the NFL also confirmed the jersey "Brady wore in the Patriots' victory in Super Bowl XLIX against the Seattle Seahawks in 2015" was also recovered.

The quarterback, who led his team to a historic victory during Super Bowl LI, was caught on camera telling Patriots owner Robert Kraft someone swiped his game jersey from the locker room.

A police report described the theft as a $500,000 loss.

The NFL didn't detail exactly where the jersey was found or who took it, advising any further details be sought from the FBI.

The Texas Rangers were asked by Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick to assist Houston Police in their investigation.
