READ: Inspector general's report on FBI Clinton probe
The Department of Justice Office of the Inspector General released its report on the FBI and DOJ's handling of the investigation into Hillary Clinton's use of a private email server as secretary of state Thursday.
The report faults former FBI Director James Comey for being insubordinate in his actions surrounding the case, but investigators found no evidence his behavior was motivated by political bias.
