Savannah, Ga. (WTGS FOX 28) — The City of Savannah is presenting tour restrictions to get public feedback on a proposal to implement a four month pilot program for Downtown Historic District Tours.
City officials say the program will set a cut-off time of 10 p.m. for all tours within designated residential areas of Lincoln/President Street corridor and Monterey and Calhoun Squares. These are predominantly residential areas.
City staff will be at the Savannah Civic Center in O'Conner Room to discuss tour restrictions and other tourism-related issues on Thursday, Nov. 15 at 6 p.m.
