More than a dozen different places will be free this weekend in the Coastal Empire for families and guests to enjoy.

Among this year's participating sites, The Juliet Gordon Low House, Fort Pulaski, Flannery O'Connor's Childhood Home, and the Coastal Heritage Society's are on the list.

Nearby cities, and other locations throughout the state are also participating in this year's Super Museum Sunday, in an effort to give those who might not go to a museum otherwise, the chance to check out what they may have been missing out on all these years.

"This is just a little give back to Savannians as well as a give back to the state," said Gretchen Greminger with Wormsloe Plantation Historic Site, one of the other places offering free admission this weekend.

Wormsloe also offered free admission Saturday. They are holding their annual Colonial Faire and Muster which is celebrating 20 years of fun at the site.

A full list at all locations participating in the 2018 Super Museum Sunday can be found here.
