Savannah, Ga. (WTGS FOX 28) — It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas thanks to the annual Mayors' Motorcade.
The motorcade began at the Georgia National Guard Armory and headed toward Georgia Regional Hospital.
More than 60 fire trucks, police cars and city vehicles from across Southeast Georgia participated.
Multiple boxes of collected gift donations were taken to hospital patients.
Mayor Eddie DeLoach hopes the donations are just the start of giving this holiday season.
“Remember what Christmas is all about. It’s not what you get, it’s what you give," said DeLoach. "Remember to remember those folks who are less fortunate.”
This year marked the 59th Mayors' Motorcade.
